Queensland – 190, 491 visa
- QLD currently does not accept applications for State Nomination subclass 190 due to quota being filled for FY 2019-2020.
- New quota is likely to be received in July 2020 and applicants will be required to submit a new EOI for QLD State Nomination visa.
- Please do not submit your EOI if you do not meet criteria or if your occupation has been removed from the relevant list as it will not be picked up.
- QLD has three occupation lists: QLD SOL for Onshore Applicants (working in QLD), QLD SOL for Offshore Applicant, and QLD SOL for QLD Postgraduates (Alumni). For QLD PhD Graduates, the Home Affair LIN 19/051 is used.
- Most occupations require an EOI of 65 points, but some require 70 points to be eligible for a State Nomination.
- Must meet all HA criteria:
- At least EOI 65 points (inclusive state nomination)
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, unless a higher level is required by your assessing authority
- Under 45 years of age
